Flags are forever
Nine-step issuance wizard with immutable compliance flags and XLS-89 metadata.
Why this matters
An issuer decides once whether holders need authorisation, whether the issuer can claw back, lock or escrow units. Those bits cannot be changed after issuance — so the wizard makes you say why each one is set.
What happens on the XRP Ledger
Steps 1–8 are a draft; only step 9 broadcasts MPTokenIssuanceCreate. The issuance id becomes the listing's on-ledger identity.

The LiquidLabs advantage
Legal reason captured per flag, idempotent issuance, testnet first.
Services this module depends on
- KYC / AML provider — issuer verification before a live mint required
- Legal counsel / transfer agent — maps the token to a legal instrument and register required
