A platform that hides its limits

Every capability above is bound to evidence: a working integration, a transaction on a public ledger, an audit. Where the evidence is missing, the capability is marked unavailable and the interface refuses to claim it — including to our own operators. That refusal is enforced in code and covered by tests, not by a policy document.
